中小企业作为推动市场经济发展的中坚力量,为我国经济的发展作出了贡献。但是,我国中小企业存在人力资源管理方式不合理的问题,这类企业未能科学激励员工,导致企业管理绩效整体不佳。本文详细分析了我国中小企业在激励机制管理中存在的问题,并以国内外优秀的激励理论为指导提出一些合理的建议,促使中小企业管理者更好的将激励机制运用到企业管理中,从而尽可能地激发员工的潜能和动力,促进企业更好的进一步发展。
As the backbone for promoting the development of market economy, SMEs have made their contribution to the economic development of our country. However, there is an unreasonable human resource management mode for SMEs in our country. Such enterprises fail to scientifically motivate their employees and lead to the overall poor performance of enterprise management. This paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the management of SMEs in China and puts forward some reasonable suggestions under the guidance of outstanding incentive theories at home and abroad to promote the SMEs managers to better apply the incentive mechanism to the management of enterprises so that As much as possible to stimulate the potential of staff and motivation to promote better business development.
