女子教育在我国一直是一个十分薄弱的环节,长期的封建社会使女子得不到和男子同等的受教育机会,因而女子人才的出现就比男子要经受更多的磨难。即使到了今天,社会上也还一直存在着这样的看法:进入中学以后,女孩的智能发展不如男孩,因而成才的希望不大。不少家长和教师也持这种观点,因此对女孩的期望不大,而选择男孩作为重点培养的对象。这些社会舆论对女学生的成才产生了不利的影响。1981年当我校恢复“上海市第三女子中学”后,我们即在招收的第一届高一学生中选择一个班进行帮助女生扫除成才道路上障碍的试验研究。其目的是让更多的女学生接受科学的、良好的素质教育,更快地成长为国家的栋梁之材。我们认为,只要采取一定的教育措
Women’s education has always been a very weak link in our country. The long-term feudal society has prevented women from receiving the same educational opportunities as men, and therefore the emergence of women talents has suffered more than men. Even today, there is still a view in society that after entering secondary schools, girls have less developmental intelligence than boys and little hopes of becoming successful. Many parents and teachers also hold this view, so the expectations of girls are not, and choose boys as the focus of training. These public opinions have negatively affected the success of female students. After the restoration of “Shanghai No.3 Girls’ High School” in 1981, we chose a class from the first high school students enrolled to carry out pilot research on the obstacles that help girls to get rid of their talents.
