自从高频通气(HFV)作为一种新的通气方式问世以来,国内于1979年开始也相继进行了实验研究和临床应用。有了国产高频喷射通气机的供应,HFJV的应用渐趋普遍,其中多数用于临床麻醉,少数用于危重病人的呼吸支持,取得了一定效果,但也出了不少问题,有的是由于通气机本身的缺陷,更多的是由于HFJV目前尚有许多未知数,比传统常频通气的应用更为复杂。有谓“要懂得机械呼吸,首先要懂得肺”。亦即先要具有肺的解剖结构和生理功能的知识,方能合理使用机械呼吸,HFJV更不例外。目前高频通气有三大类型,即高频正压通气(HFPPV),高频喷射通气(HFJV)和高频
Since the introduction of high-frequency ventilation (HFV) as a new ventilation method, experimental studies and clinical applications have been conducted in China since 1979. With the supply of domestic high-frequency jet ventilators, the application of HFJV is becoming more and more common. Most of them are used for clinical anesthesia, and a few are used for respiratory support of critically ill patients. Some results have been achieved, but there are also many problems, and some are due to ventilation.
