实验表明,给动物腹腔注射通脉灵可显著改善垂体后叶素所致的微循环障碍(P<0.001),具有抑制体外血栓形成的作用(P<0.05),可明显降低血浆血栓素B2的水平,升高6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量。本品对动物急性毒性甚微,小鼠尾静脉注射最大耐受量大于80g/kg,腹腔注射最大耐受量大于160g/kg。结果提示,通脉灵具有较好的活血化瘀及抗栓作用。
Experiments showed that intraperitoneal injection of Tongmailing to animals can significantly improve the microcirculatory disturbance caused by pituitrin (P<0.001), and has the effect of inhibiting thrombosis in vitro (P<0.05), and can significantly reduce plasma Thromboxane B2 levels increase 6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha content. This product has little acute toxicity to animals. The maximum tolerance of the mouse tail vein injection is greater than 80g/kg, and the maximum tolerance of the intraperitoneal injection is greater than 160g/kg. The results suggest that Tongmailing has good blood circulation and antithrombotic effects.
