目的:研究道地产区湖北恩施5个不同产地厚朴种子的十二烷基磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)电泳图谱,以探索厚朴种子不同产地的鉴别方法,从而为厚朴的良种选育及种子质量评价提供依据。方法:应用SDS-PAGE方法比较不同产地厚朴种子的蛋白电泳图谱在谱带数目、谱带强度和相对分子质量等方面的差异。结果:5个产地的厚朴种子的电泳图谱存在明显产地差异。结论:该电泳方法可为厚朴种子的产地鉴别提供依据。
Objective: To study the sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) of Magnolia officinalis seeds from 5 different habitats in Enshi, Hubei Province, China, so as to explore the identification methods of Magnolia officinalis seeds in different habitats. It provided the basis for seed selection and seed quality evaluation of Magnolia officinalis. Methods: The SDS-PAGE method was used to compare the differences in the number of bands, the intensity of bands and the relative molecular mass between the different regions of Magnolia officinalis seeds. Results: Electrophoregram of Magnolia officinalis in five areas showed obvious origin difference. Conclusion: This electrophoresis method can provide evidence for the origin identification of Magnolia officinalis seeds.
