钢纤维增强混凝土(简称SFRC)是近30年来迅速发展起来的一种新型复合材料。在普通混凝土中加入适量的钢纤维不仅能改善抗拉、抗剪、抗弯、抗磨和抗裂性能,而且能大大增强混凝土的断裂韧性和抗冲击性能,显著提高结构的疲劳性能及其耐久性,加上它施工简便,且材料性价比好,因此在工业厂房工程建设中应用日益广泛,下面就结合实践,针对钢纤维混凝土在厂房建设中的应用问题展开探讨。
Steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is a new type of composite material developed rapidly in recent 30 years. Addition of proper amount of steel fiber to common concrete can not only improve the tensile, shear, bending, anti-wear and crack resistance, but also greatly enhance the fracture toughness and impact resistance of concrete, significantly improve the structural fatigue performance and durability Therefore, it is widely used in the engineering construction of industrial plants. The following is a discussion of the application of steel fiber reinforced concrete in the construction of the factory building.
