患者女性，18岁。两侧乳腺外侧肿物进行性肿大3个月。查体：双侧乳腺外上象限均可价及核桃大包块，质较硬，可活动。左侧腋窝触及多个肿大淋巴结，右腋窝及双侧腹股沟未触及肿大淋巴结，临床诊断为乳腺纤维腺瘤，乳腺癌待排除。术中见左侧乳腺包块为3cmX3cmXZcm，右侧乳腺包块
Female patient, 18 years old. Both sides of the breast mass were progressively swollen for 3 months. Physical examination: both the upper outer quadrant of the breast and the large mass of walnut are hard and can be active. The left armpit touched several enlarged lymph nodes, and the right axillary and bilateral groin did not touch the enlarged lymph nodes. The clinical diagnosis was breast fibroadenoma.
