许多建设主体与工程的设计质量有关,当由于设计质量低劣造成工程质量事故或人身、财产损失时,除了要界定有关主体的工程设计质量责任外,更要对各主体间的责任界限进行分析。分别就设计人的主体责任、施工人的审查责任、勘察单位的信息保证责任以及审图机构的审查责任进行探讨、分析,并界定相互间的责任界限。 Many construction entities are related to the design quality of the project. When the quality of the project is caused by engineering design or the loss of people and property is caused by the poor quality of the design, in addition to defining the responsibility of the engineering design quality of the subject concerned, the liability limits of the subjects should be analyzed. The main responsibilities of the designer, the reviewer’s responsibility for the construction, the information assurance responsibility of the survey unit and the reviewing responsibilities of the plan approval agency are respectively explored and analyzed, and the limits of liability are defined.
