应用放射免疫分析方法(RIA)研究无机汞对雌鼠和孕鼠血清甲状腺激素和性激素的影响。雌鼠按1.5mg/Kg和0.3mg/kg剂量腹腔注射氯化汞,孕鼠剂量分别为1.5mg/kg0.6my/kg和0.3mg/kg。实验结果表明:雌鼠和孕鼠各实验组的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)的含量明显减少,孕鼠高剂显组雌二醇(E2)含最、胚胎重量、子宫重量和胚胎重/子宫重比值明显降低。上述各项与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。且孕鼠促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和催乳素(PRL)含量无改变。
Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to study the effects of inorganic mercury on serum thyroid hormones and sex hormones in female and male rats. Female mice were injected intraperitoneally with 1.5 mg / kg and 0.3 mg / kg doses of mercuric chloride. The doses of pregnant mice were 1.5 mg / kg and 0.6 mg / kg, respectively. The results showed that the content of free triiodothyronine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4) in each experimental group of female rats and pregnant rats significantly decreased, while the estradiol (E2) Embryo weight, uterine weight and embryo weight / uterine weight ratio were significantly reduced.
