在轴箱部件的工作过程中,轴承的零件会被磨损,会出现脱块、电烧伤和其他毛病,从而引起振动、噪声,温度上升。为了确定轴箱部件的技术状态,必须选出能客观反映问题的检查参数。对于轴箱部件来说,声响信号可以认为是主要信号,因为这种信号是由于摩擦零件的相互强力作用以及运用中出现故障而引起的。因此,随着轴承部件技术状态的变化,声响信号也将变化。此外,声响信号具有较大的信息容量,能获得有关诊断对象任何变化的信息。
