财务工作仅限于记账收付款等简单操作,是目前我国绝大多数企业的通病。现代财务管理的缺乏,不仅严重制约着企业的资产经营、规模扩张、管理目标的实现和经济效益的改善提高,而且已成为企业创新道路上的一个沉重的桎梏,严重阻碍着企业改革的深化。现代企业应当充分发挥财务职能,切实加强财务管理与风险控制,让财务工作参与生产经营决策,由服务监督型向着有效管理型转变。
Financial work is limited to billing and other simple accounting operations, is the common problem most enterprises in our country. The lack of modern financial management not only seriously restricts the asset management, scale expansion, management objectives and improvement of economic benefits of enterprises, but also has become a heavy grudge on the road of enterprise innovation, which seriously hinders the deepening of enterprise reform. Modern enterprises should give full play to their financial functions, earnestly strengthen financial management and risk control, and make financial work participate in the production and operation decision-making, changing from service supervision to effective management.
