As one of the most essential social relations under the form of market economy, how to govern and adjust the employment relationship has always been the focus of attention both in theory and practice since the employment relationship was created. The nature of the employment relationship can be basically summed up as two kinds of views of monism and pluralism. In fact, both views dominated nearly 40 years of employment literature since being conceptualized by Fox in 1966. Fox (1966) defines monism as: a group that views organization as a group that is united by a common goal.
