内燃机燃料燃烧的大部分热能,通过排气、冷却介质释放到大气中,造成能量的浪费和环境的污染。 本文以能量转换理论为基础,阐述了内燃机余热利用的两种方式——间接利用和直接利用。通过4135AD-8型柴油机热交换器系统的试验和测量,较详细地讨论了利用热交换器回收余热的方法、紧凑式热交换器的热力计算,发动机台架试验结果等。 实际应用表明,装有热交换器系统的电热并供柴油发电机组具有显著的节能效益。
Most of the heat energy burned by the internal combustion engine fuel is released into the atmosphere through the exhaust gas and the cooling medium, resulting in energy waste and environmental pollution. Based on the theory of energy conversion, this paper elaborates two ways of utilizing waste heat of internal combustion engine - indirect utilization and direct utilization. Through the experiment and measurement of the 4135AD-8 diesel engine heat exchanger system, the method of recovering the waste heat by the heat exchanger, the thermal calculation of the compact heat exchanger and the test results of the engine bench are discussed in more detail. The practical application shows that the electric heat provided by the heat exchanger system provides a significant energy saving benefit to the diesel generating set.
