对于原生矿泥多、次生铜含量高的复杂难选多金属硫化矿分选,采用传统的氰化法往往不能获得满意的分选效果。由于环境保护与贵金属综合回收要求日益提高,无氰浮选分离工艺已引起重视。其中亚硫酸——硫化钠法是有效的分选方法之一。我们在对江苏吴县铜矿难选复杂多金属硫化矿选矿试验中,采用亚硫酸——硫化钠法取得的分选效果较好。经二次工业试验后,该方法于一九七八年六月正式投入工业生产。获得技术指标见表1,所用原则流程见图1。
For the primary ore complex, the secondary copper content of complex refractory polymetallic sulphide ore sorting, the use of traditional cyanide method often can not get satisfactory separation results. As the environmental protection and the comprehensive recovery of precious metals increasingly demanding, non-cyanide flotation separation process has drawn great attention. One of the sulfite - sodium sulfide method is an effective method of sorting. We are in the mine in Wu County, Jiangsu refractory complex polymetallic sulphide ore dressing test, the use of sulfurous acid - sodium sulphate obtained better sorting. After the second industrial test, the method was officially put into industrial production in June 1978. The technical indicators are shown in Table 1, the principles used in the process shown in Figure 1.
