People use typical clinical problems and standard questionnaires to assess the mental health problems of tramps and adolescents, their experiences of victimization and the use of drugs. The homeless teenagers are also asked what they think is the main issue. The results show that those health-related issues such as past victimization, high drug use rates and psychological problems are not considered by them as problems. In addition, based on feedback from an interview, wandering teens said they rarely seek the help of psychologists, often in a variety of other ways. Despite the unwillingness of homeless teens to use the services described above, many wandering teens have indicated they are willing to discuss self-knowledge with their advisors, and there is a common ground between self-awareness and others’ perceptions.
