针对离散制造系统具有能耗主体构成的动态变化随机性、多样性、以及复杂性的特点,从产品、设备、经济和任务流程4个方面,归纳出9个评价指标,建成了离散制造系统能耗评价指标体系。该方法基于改进熵值法的能效评价方法,针对熵值法在赋权时当某个指标的离散程度太大时,该指标会出现权重过大这一问题,借层次分析法的赋权思路,将主客评价结合起来,更好的对离散制造系统进行科学的评价。通过实例分析与仿真来对比验证该能效方法的稳定性、可行性。
According to the randomness, diversity and complexity of dynamic changes of the main components of discrete energy system, this dissertation summarizes 9 evaluation indexes from four aspects of product, equipment, economy and task flow, and builds a system of discrete manufacturing system Consumption evaluation index system. This method is based on the improved energy efficiency evaluation method of entropy method. When entropy method is used, when the degree of dispersion of an indicator is too large, the index will have the problem of too much weight. By using the AHP method, The subject and guest evaluation combined, better discrete manufacturing system for scientific evaluation. Through the example analysis and simulation to verify the stability and feasibility of the energy efficiency method.
