基于高聚物长时标力学行为的研究[1~3]所推导出的高聚物的蠕变柔量与推迟时间系数(β)、特征时间(t0)之间的定量关系式和导出的t0与应力(σ)的关系式,分析了PVC和PP试样在不同应力下蠕变测试数据,得到了推迟时间系数(β),特征时间(t0)和t0与σ的依赖性,提出了从不同应力水平蠕变测试预测聚聚物长时标尺寸稳定性和长时标使用寿命的方法.具有重要的学术意义和实用价值.
Based on the long time-scale mechanical behavior of polymer [1 ~ 3], the quantitative relationship between the creep compliance and the postponement time coefficient (β) and the characteristic time (t0) t0 and stress (σ), the creep test data of PVC and PP specimens under different stresses were analyzed. The dependence of delay time coefficient (β), characteristic time (t0) and t0 and σ was obtained. Methods of Predicting Dimensional Stability of Long Time Scale of Laminates and Service Life of Long Time Scales from Different Stress Level Creep Tests. Has important academic significance and practical value.
