目的:分析颅脑超声诊断对提高新生儿颅内出血准确率产生的影响。方法:对2013年2月-2014年5月在汕头市潮阳区妇幼保健院接受诊治的120例疑有颅内出血的新生儿的临床诊断资料进行回顾性分析,并对诊断结果进行统计分析和归纳总结。结果:87例颅内出血患儿接受颅脑超声检查后,有76例被测出,检出率为87.36%,漏诊患儿为11例,所占比例为12.64%。脑室、脑实质、硬膜下出血所占比例分别为72.50%、7.50%、0.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用颅脑超声对新生儿颅内出血进行早期诊断,诊断准确性较高。
Objective: To analyze the effect of brain ultrasound diagnosis on the accuracy of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 120 cases of suspected neonatal intracranial hemorrhage admitted to Chaoyang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2013 to May 2014 was conducted. The diagnostic results were statistically analyzed and summarized to sum up. Results: After craniocerebral ultrasound examination in 87 cases of children with intracranial hemorrhage, 76 cases were detected, the detection rate was 87.36%, 11 cases missed diagnosis, accounting for 12.64%. The percentage of ventricular, intraparenchymal and subdural hemorrhage was 72.50%, 7.50% and 0.83%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions: The early diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in neonates by using craniocerebral ultrasound has high diagnostic accuracy.
