目的:调查恶性肿瘤患儿化疗间歇期PICC导管维护现状及其影响因素,为护理人员进行PICC导管维护提供有效对策。方法:从2015年10月至2016年11月采用问卷调查法对我院114名恶性肿瘤患儿化疗间歇期PICC导管维护现状进行调查;采用SPSS21.0软件进行数据分析。结果:问卷总得分为(79.83±10.18)分,知识维度得分为(29.61±5.87)分,态度维度得分为(15.60±2.32)分,行为维度得分为(34.63±4.66)分;患儿年龄、父母文化程度、家庭月收入是PICC导管维护水平的影响因素,可解释总体变异的65.1%。结论:PICC导管维护现状处于中等水平,护理人员应针对患儿年龄及父母的社会背景进行针对性宣教并制定个性化导管维护措施,以降低置管相关并发症的发生,延长置管时间,减轻患儿痛苦,改善其生存质量。
Objective: To investigate the current status of PICC catheter maintenance in patients with malignant tumor during intermittent chemotherapy and its influencing factors, so as to provide effective countermeasures for PICC catheter maintenance. METHODS: From October 2015 to November 2016, questionnaires were used to investigate the status of intermittent PICC catheterization in 114 patients with malignant tumor in our hospital. SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results: The questionnaire score was (79.83 ± 10.18) points, the knowledge dimension score was (29.61 ± 5.87) points, the attitude dimension score was (15.60 ± 2.32) points and the behavioral dimension score was (34.63 ± 4.66). The children’s age, Parents’ educational level and family monthly income are the influencing factors of PICC catheter maintenance level, which can account for 65.1% of the total variation. Conclusion: The current status of PICC catheter maintenance is at a moderate level. Nurses should conduct targeted education on the age and parents’ social background and develop personalized catheter maintenance measures to reduce the incidence of catheter-related complications, prolong the time of catheterization, Children suffering, improve their quality of life.
