本文报告用肺吸虫成虫可溶性粗抗原,以ELISA间接法检测肺吸虫病人抗体的结果。在144例痰检虫卵阳性的肺吸虫病病人中,本法阳性的符合率为97.2％。410例正常人全部呈阴性反应。同时,对51例日本血吸虫病人、23例姜片虫病人及27例华支睾吸虫病人作交叉反应,结果除2例华支睾吸虫病人出现非特异性反应外,其余病人全部阴性。对30例肺
This article reports the results of antibody detection of paragonimiasis by indirect ELISA with paragonimiasis adult soluble crude antigen. Among 144 cases of paragonimiasis-positive paragonimiasis, the positive coincidence rate of this method was 97.2%. All 410 normal people were negative.
