今年二月,在江苏省重工业厅和南京机电办公室的领导下,我院与南京第一机械厂、农业机械厂等单位协作,对土球墨铸铁进行了一系列的试验室试验。由于江苏地区土铁磷高,去磷也很困难,因此就想用高磷铁制造土球墨铸铁,经过一千多个试块和近二百根试棒,觉得北京各单位的经验(参看文献[1][2][3][4])是宝贵的,基本正确的,但也发现一些不同的情况,讲在这里提出一些补充看法:首先在成分上,我们用的是江苏地区的高磷铁,这就增加了磷的影响。其次,北京的资料,包括清华大学的成分试验[4] ,都把热处理温度
In February of this year, under the leadership of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Heavy Industry and Nanjing Mechanical and Electrical Office, the hospital conducted a series of laboratory tests on earthy ductile iron in cooperation with Nanjing No. 1 Machinery Factory and Agricultural Machinery Factory.
