针对矿山救护队应急救援存在的救援范围广、地理环境复杂以及快速到达事故现场的要求,提出了一种有效提高救护队应急救援效率的矿山救护队救援车辆定位管理系统。该系统采用3S(GPS/GPRS/GIS)技术,由智能车载移动单元、GSM/GPRS数字通讯网络、监控指挥中心3部分组成;其中,智能车载移动单元硬件开发平台采用基于ARM9的S3C2440微处理器,以嵌入式Windows CE 6.0作为软件平台,并且给出了硬件电路结构和软件流程图;监控系统软件平台功能强大,采用了大型数据库技术、GIS地理信息系统。该系统性能稳定、易于操作、可扩展升级、地图标注等特点。
Aimed at the rescue scope of emergency rescue of mine rescue team, the complex geography environment and the request of getting to the scene quickly, this paper put forward a mine rescue vehicle positioning management system which can effectively improve the emergency rescue efficiency of the rescue team. The system uses 3S (GPS / GPRS / GIS) technology, which is composed of intelligent car mobile unit, GSM / GPRS digital communication network and monitoring and command center. The intelligent car mobile unit hardware development platform adopts ARM9-based S3C2440 microprocessor , Embedded Windows CE 6.0 as a software platform, and gives the hardware circuit structure and software flow chart; monitoring system software platform powerful, using a large database technology, GIS geographic information system. The system performance is stable, easy to operate, scalable, map annotation and so on.
