从苄胺和乙二醛出发,通过缩合氢解脱苄等反应合成了高张力笼形化合物——六乙酰基六氮杂异伍兹烷(HAIW)。HAIW的晶体结构表明,它是由2个五元环和1个六元环构成的笼形结构,每个桥氮原子上各连有1个乙酰基,笼体上的C—C键长为0.157~0.160nm,比标准的sp3C—C键长0.003~0.006nm.单晶属单斜晶系,空间群C2c,a=2.4702(5)nm,b=1.1751(2)nm,c=1.6957(3)nm;V=4.4191(14)nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.426g.cm-3。
Starting from benzylamine and glyoxal, the high-tension clathrate compound, hexaacetylhexaazaisowurtzitane (HAIW) was synthesized by the reaction of benzylamine and glyoxal. The crystal structure of HAIW shows that it is a cage structure consisting of two 5-membered rings and one 6-membered ring. Each bridge has 1 acetyl group on each nitrogen atom. The C-C bond on the cage is 0.157-0.160 nm, which is 0.003-0.006 nm longer than the standard sp3C-C bond. The monoclinic monoclinic system has a space group C2c with a = 2.4702 (5) nm, b = 1.1751 (2) nm and c = 1.6957 3) nm; V = 4.4191 (14) nm3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.426 g.cm-3.
