目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者血中是否存有甲状旁腺高血压因子 (PHF)活性异常及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法 采用生物活性测定方法 ,检测 32例 2型糖尿病患者和 33名正常人血浆中 PHF活性。结果 2型糖尿病患者血中平均 PHF活性显著高于对照组 ,但未能确定与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。结论 部分 2型糖尿病患者血中存有异常高水平的 PHF,其作用机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the abnormal activity of parathyroid hormone (PHF) and the relationship with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods The bioactivity assay was used to detect the plasma PHF activity in 32 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 33 normal controls. Results The average PHF activity in patients with type 2 diabetes was significantly higher than that of the control group, but the relationship between insulin resistance and insulin resistance was not confirmed. Conclusion Some patients with type 2 diabetes have abnormally high levels of PHF in blood, and its mechanism remains to be further studied.
