目的:对MRI在胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的应用价值予以探究并剖析。方法:随机选取48例孕妇作为实验对象,均为我院自2013年5月至2015年5月期间所接收,将其按照不同诊断检查方法,均分成人数相等的两组,就US检查(对照组,n=24)与GE 1.5T MRI,快速扫描序列检查(观察组,n=24)的应用效果展开探讨。结果:从诊断率正确率方面分析,观察组为91.67%,对照组为66.67%,从漏诊率方面分析,观察组为8.33%,对照组为33.33%,组间差异均显著,P<0.05,有统计学研究意义。结论:相比US检查方法来说,MRI对胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的诊断价值较高,非常值得在临床上推广和普及。
Objective: To explore and analyze the value of MRI in fetal central nervous system deformity. Methods: Forty-eight pregnant women were randomly selected as experimental subjects. All of them were received from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital. According to different diagnostic tests, they were divided into two groups with equal numbers. Group, n = 24) and GE 1.5T MRI, rapid scanning sequence examination (observation group, n = 24) to explore the effect of the application. Results: From the aspect of diagnostic accuracy rate, the observation group was 91.67%, while the control group was 66.67%. In terms of the rate of missed diagnosis, the observation group was 8.33% and the control group was 33.33%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) Statistical significance. Conclusion: Compared with the US examination method, MRI is more valuable in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system deformity and deserves to be popularized and popularized clinically.
