课堂教学实际上是一门艺术,教师的教学成果是这门艺术的价值所在。作为小学数学老师,在大力完善素质教育的今天,减轻学生的课业负担,摒弃题海战术的教学模式,本着以人为本,因材施教的原则,根据学生的认知水平和身心发展规律,我也在探索适合于我校实际的教学模式——高效课堂的探索,目的是提高教学课堂效率,培养学生的数学思维和创新思维。高效课堂要求学生是课堂学习的主人,教师是学生学习的参与者与引导者,在学生探究遇到问题时,教师适当帮助
