为了探究月季TCP9基因对花器官发育调控的影响,应用CRISPR/Cas9技术构建植物双元表达载体,经检测结果显示,含月季TCP9基因的植物表达载体构建成功。以拟南芥为受体,采用农杆菌介导的花序侵染法对拟南芥进行转化,并获得转化植株,转化植株表型变异明显,花瓣增多,雄蕊数目减少,雌蕊柱头弯曲。表明月季TCP9基因对花器官发育形成有一定的调控能力。
In order to investigate the effect of TCP9 gene on floral organ development and regulation, we constructed a binary vector for plant expression using CRISPR / Cas9 technology. The results showed that the plant expression vector containing TCP9 gene was successfully constructed. Arabidopsis thaliana was transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana by Agrobacterium-mediated inflorescence using Arabidopsis thaliana as the receptor. The transformed plants were obtained. The phenotypic variation of transformed plants was obvious. The number of petals increased, the number of stamens decreased and the pistil stigma was bent. The result showed that the TCP9 gene of rose had some regulation on the development of floral organs.
