目的了解毒黄素对呼吸和循环系统的毒性。方法从生理和病理的角度试验了毒黄素对呼吸和循环系统的毒性研究。结果毒黄素首先影响呼吸系统,继而影响循环系统,导致呼吸和循环系统衰竭而死亡。结论毒黄素对肺脏、心脏和肾脏组织呈现明显的病理性损害,而对肝脏无显著改变,这项研究对加强早期毒黄素中毒的防治措施提供了理论依据
Objective To understand the toxicity of toxins to respiratory and circulatory system. Methods Toxicity of toxins to respiratory and circulatory system was tested from the perspective of physiology and pathology. As a result, toxin first affects the respiratory system, which in turn affects the circulatory system, resulting in death from respiratory and circulatory failure. Conclusion The results showed that the toxanthin showed obvious pathological damage to the lung, heart and kidney and no significant change to the liver. This study provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of early toxin poisoning
