文章对JNC有限公司的人力资源成本进行优化控制,由于人力资源成本与营业额之间具有较深的潜在规律,所以采用具有非线性映射能力的BP神经网络进行分析。但由于其收敛性较差,参数最优解的合理性不足,考虑到遗传算法在非线性函数极值寻优和快速搜索方面的突出能力,故采用遗传算法进行全局最优搜索,得出营业额最大值。通过对结果进行分析检验,最终建立了该公司人力资源成本控制最优体系,并就如何控制人力资源成本给出合理建议。
This paper optimizes and controls the human resource cost of JNC Co., Ltd. Because of the deep potential between human resource cost and turnover, this paper uses BP neural network with nonlinear mapping ability to analyze. However, due to its poor convergence, the optimal solution of the parameters is not reasonable enough. Taking into account the outstanding ability of genetic algorithm in the optimization of extremum and rapid search of nonlinear function, genetic algorithm is used to search the global optimum, The maximum amount. Through the analysis of the results, the company finally established the optimal system of human resource cost control, and gave reasonable advice on how to control the cost of human resources.
