本实验采用大鼠离体右心房、右心室肌条模型,研究了对离体心肌有负性变力作用浓度的加压素(0.8ng/ml)对右心房、右心室肌条cAMP和cGMP含量的影响。实验结果表明:加压素对心肌的cAMP和cGMP含量均有增加作用,但cGMP含量增加得更为显著,cGMP/cAMP比值由对照组的0.24(心房肌)和0.29(心室肌)分别上升为0.45和0.41。提示加压素的负性变力作用可能与cGMP含最增加有关。
