本文从反应堆支撑裙筒体的运行工况出发,结合专用 15MnTi 钢生产中统计的力学性能,分析了支撑裙筒体的脆性破坏可能性。分析认为:①在支撑裙的全寿期内,当它的工作温度为 323K 时,15MnTi 钢满足 T_(NDT)+17K 的安全设计准则;②材料产生失稳扩展的临界裂纹其半短轴尺寸远大于支撑裙筒体的壁厚。所以有理由认为,该部件不会发生脆性破坏;③上述关于母材的分析情况,同样也适用于焊缝金属和热影响区。
In this paper, starting from the operating conditions of the reactor support skirt, combined with the statistical mechanical properties in the production of special 15MnTi steel, the possibility of brittle failure of the support skirt is analyzed. The analysis shows that: (1) During the whole life of support skirt, 15MnTi steel meets the safety design criterion of T_ (NDT) + 17K when its working temperature is 323K; ② The semi-short axis size Much larger than the wall thickness of the support skirt. So there is reason to believe that the components will not be brittle damage; ③ The above analysis of the base metal, the same applies to the weld metal and heat affected zone.
