摸清取食不同寄主植物对斜纹夜蛾幼虫生长发育的影响,为斜纹夜蛾的预测预报以及防治提供理论依据。通过单头饲养,扫描显微镜定期观察的方法,研究斜纹夜蛾取食烟草、白菜、黄瓜、西红柿、南瓜后的头壳宽度、体长、发育历期以及蛹重变化。结果表明,取食不同寄主植物对幼虫的头壳宽度、体长、幼虫发育历期、蛹历期均有显著差异,其中一、二、三、六龄幼虫头壳宽度差 Find out the influence of feeding different host plants on the growth and development of Spodoptera litura larvae and provide the theoretical basis for the prediction and control of Spodoptera litura.
