通过采用微量元素含量低的新生铁和低REMg球化剂,高温出炉,高温浇注,浇注时采用SiBaCa进行随流孕育工艺,采用3个保温冒口+冷铁铸造工艺等措施,研制了大功率船用柴油机SiMo4-1球铁排气管。经生产验证,采用以上工艺措施,改善了铸件的铸造性能和表面质量,确保了排气管铸件球状石墨≥90%、铸态铁素体体积分数大于85%的基体组织,获得无缺陷铸件。
Through the adoption of low content of trace elements of new iron and low REMg nodulizer, high temperature baked, high temperature pouring, pouring SiBaCa for flow inoculation process, the use of three thermal riser + chilled iron casting process and other measures to develop high-power Marine Diesel SiMo4-1 ductile iron exhaust pipe. Through the production verification, the above process measures have been adopted to improve the castability and surface quality of the castings, and ensure that the matrix structure of the spheroidal graphite of exhaust pipe castings ≥90% and the volume fraction of as-cast ferrite of more than 85% is obtained, and the defect-free castings are obtained.
