目的研究增加氧气浓度及被动吸烟对家兔血气指标的影响。方法将80只成年健康普通级新西兰家兔随机分为供氧吸烟组、单纯供氧组、被动吸烟组、对照组,每组20只,雌雄各10只。供氧环境为安放两台雾化供氧机(每台雾化供氧机增氧量为600~1000ml/min,氧纯度为99.5%,雾化气中负离子浓度10000~16500个/cm3),被动吸烟环境为点燃人用卷烟,任其自燃,每次25支,4h/次,进行24h。测定家兔的五项血气指标(氧分压、二氧化碳分压、氧含量、氧饱和度、血液pH值),并进行2×2析因方差分析。结果增加氧气浓度使家兔血液氧分压明显升高(P<0.01),二氧化碳分压明显降低(P<0.01),氧含量和氧饱和度有增加的趋势,对血液pH值影响不明显(P>0.05);被动吸烟对血气五项指标的影响均不明显(P>0.05);增氧与被动吸烟两因素之间无明显交互作用(P>0.05)。结论增加氧气浓度有改善机体氧代谢的作用;被动吸烟对五项血气指标影响不显著。
Objective To study the effects of increasing oxygen concentration and passive smoking on blood gas indexes in rabbits. Methods Eighty adult New Zealand Normal rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: oxygen-consuming group, pure oxygen group, passive smoking group and control group, with 20 in each group and 10 in male and 10 female. Oxygen supply environment for the installation of two atomization oxygen machine (each atomized oxygen supply oxygen 600 ~ 1000ml / min, oxygen purity of 99.5%, the concentration of negative ions in the atomization gas 10000 ~ 16500 / cm3) Passive smoking environment for lighting human cigarette, let it spontaneous combustion, each 25, 4h / time, 24h. Five blood gas indexes (oxygen partial pressure, partial pressure of carbon dioxide, oxygen content, oxygen saturation and blood pH) of rabbits were determined and analyzed by 2 × 2 factorial analysis of variance. Results Oxygen concentration increased significantly (P <0.01), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (P <0.01), oxygen content and oxygen saturation increased, but had no significant effect on blood pH P> 0.05). Passive smoking had no significant effect on the five indexes of blood gas (P> 0.05). There was no significant interaction between the two factors of oxygenation and passive smoking (P> 0.05). Conclusion Increasing oxygen concentration can improve oxygen metabolism of the body. Passive smoking has no significant effect on the five blood gas indexes.
