一、企业人事档案管理的现状随着市场经济的不断发展。人才流动的大门逐步敞开。但当前企业的人事档案管理工作远不适应这一新的形势。其主要问题有四:(一)档案管理混乱。由于采取按级分口管理档案制度.经委、人事部门、组织部门等各管一块,使企业的人事档案四分五裂。调入企业的国家干部,虽然人已经到了企业,但档案仍留在不同的部门和机关。有的企业工人身份的档案也不在企业里管。这种多头分管的状况.影响了企业对人才的了解和使用,不利于打破职工身份界限,推行全员劳动合
