At 7:30pm on December 17th, 2005, Zhang Daye, who lives in Tianjin, opened the TV on time to watch the Tianjin TV Channel City Channel’s “Art Collection.” “Oh, how are the guests in the field wearing uniforms? The expert seats are also sitting in customs officials!” As a retired old customs office, cold and blind to see so many customs officers on television, Zhang Daye was surprised and confused. Slowly looking down at the show, Uncle Zhang gradually learned the truth. The “Art Collection” section is a collection of Kampo programs created by Tianjin TV Station in recent years. The program combines knowledge, interest and entertainment in one and is welcomed by a large number of collectors and TV viewers. What distinguishes this period’s “Art Collection Festival” program is that the treasures displayed and identified are the smuggled cultural relics seized by Tianjin Customs over the years, and the customs officers on the audience’s seat are guests invited by the show.
