为提高斑鳜养殖生产性能,利用人工授精法获得了斑鳜(♀)×鳜(♂)杂交一代(F1),筛选部分F1个体定向繁殖,获得了选育一代(G1),比较了F1与G11龄鱼网箱养殖性能。163d养殖试验表明:F11龄鱼平均成活率91.8%,日均增重率为1.34g/d,平均饵料系数为5.6。G11龄鱼平均成活率92.7%,日均增重率为1.42g/d,平均饵料系数为5.7。分别比较成活率和饵料系数,G1与F1间均无显著差异(P>0.05),G1日均增重率较F1提高了5.9%。结果表明,杂交与选育后代的生长性能明显均优于斑鳜,饵料系数降低。
