针对机械设备故障诊断系统中的信号分析的特点,采用双缓冲技术,利用复杂的可编程逻辑器件(CPLD),提出了一种基于PCI总线的并行高速信号分析系统的设计方案,讨论了软硬件设计、在线编程等技术,实现了现代小波分析等多种信号分析功能。理论分析与实际应用表明,它提高了系统的集成度及其实时性和可靠性。
Aimed at the characteristics of signal analysis in mechanical equipment fault diagnosis system, this paper presents a design scheme of parallel high-speed signal analysis system based on PCI bus by using double buffer technology and complex programmable logic device (CPLD). The hardware and software Design, online programming and other technologies to achieve a variety of signal analysis functions such as modern wavelet analysis. Theoretical analysis and practical application show that it improves the system integration and its real-time and reliability.
