根据柴油机S195和混流泵10HB—30的实测特性曲线,给出了机械排灌泵站特性配套的—般方法和步骤。在低扬程地区,应用此法,可将所测抽水泵站的装置效率从铭牌配套的12.16%提高到17.41%;如水泵再与实际扬程合理匹配,其效率可达到22.29%。此项改进可使兴化县能源单耗下降0.376kg/ktm,全县每年节约燃油68万元。
According to the measured characteristic curves of diesel engine S195 and mixed flow pump 10HB-30, the general methods and steps are provided for the characteristics of mechanical irrigation and drainage pumping station. In the low lift area, this method can be used to increase the efficiency of the pumping station under test from 12.16% of the nameplate to 17.41%. If the pump is properly matched with the actual lift, the efficiency of the pump can reach 22.29%. This improvement can make Xinghua County energy consumption decreased 0.376kg / ktm, the county annual savings of 680,000 yuan of fuel.
