On February 16-17, 1983, the Royal Society of the United Kingdom organized a well-known western research scholar to hold a seminar on the scientific and technological development of hydraulic cement in the 1990s in London. The 19 papers collected were of very high quality. The high, which speaks about the significant progress of the current hydraulic cement modification research. The relationship between the strength and pore structure of cement stone and ceramics is well-known for several decades. In recent years, research has been repeated, basically using existing materials and manufacturing processes, but two different approaches have been found.
