视觉对前庭功能代偿有很重要的作用,双眼视信号在中枢结合得以保持前庭系统平衡和维持身体姿势。本文对动态平衡系统遮一眼的影响作深入的研究。豚鼠18只分对照组(CG)7,右眼睑缝合(RESC)6和左眼睑缝合(LESC)5。在平台跑道训练7~10天达跑完定距时间最短和偏离跑道缩小时。氯仿1ml中耳注入破坏左迷路,数分钟动物出现急性迷路性共济失调症状,有头位偏向、颈扭转、不断向术侧转动和自发性眼震,快相向健侧。动物跑完定距时间和偏离跑道均由仪器自动记录。结果:当训练期,跑完定距最短时间和运动偏离定向最小平均训练天数分别为:CG4,5天;单眼组8,8天。恢复至术前偏离度需要小时数分别为:CG31±
