山药组织培养及种苗繁育技术研究是2011年12月由襄阳市科技局立项的自然科学研究项目(襄科技[2011]5号文件)。该项目经过三年的研究,2015年1月通过襄阳市科技局组织的专家鉴定,2016年3月获得襄阳市科技进步一等奖。项目主持人是生物工程学院瞿宏杰教授。该项目以MS培养基为基本培养基,通过添加不同浓度的植物生长调节剂,研究不同培养基对山药茎尖试管苗诱导、增殖、生根影响的试验,筛选出了山药茎尖诱导、增殖、生根培养的最佳培养基。通过对山药无菌催芽后再剥取的茎尖进行脱毒试验,研究山药的茎尖大小与脱毒率和成苗率的
