本刊今年第5期以《改革企业营销机制的新探索》为题,刊发了钱志明、彭裕康二人写的对江苏欣捷衬布集团有限公司推行直接“买卖制”的调查报告,在读者中引起了较大的反响。大家一致认为,在国有企业的改革进入攻坚阶段的今天,我们不仅需要新思维,更需要大胆的探索实践,特别是成功的实践。为此,我们约请本刊特派记者秦春耀对江苏欣捷衬布集团董事长钱菊生就“有责任的营销买卖制”的操作要点进行了采访。钱董对“买卖制”的论述,既有理论上的阐述,又有江苏欣捷衬布集团实际操作中的一些体会,值得我们借鉴和学习。
