目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定婴幼儿爽身粉中30种元素的方法。方法样品采用硝酸作为消解液,经微波消解后用超纯水定容,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定Be、B、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Ga、As、Se、Rb、Sr、Ag、Cd、Cs、Ba、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Eu、Gd、Ho、Er、Lu、Hg、Tl、Pb、U共30种元素的含量。通过采用45Sc、72Ge、115In、159Tb、209Bi作为内标元素,有效消除基质效应和干扰。结果该方法中30种元素和内标元素在一定浓度范围内的质量数比值均与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)>0.999,方法的检出限为0.000 1 mg/kg~0.300 0 mg/kg,加标回收率为88.5%~109.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<5.0%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于婴幼儿爽身粉中30种元素的测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 30 elements in infant talcum powder by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods The sample was treated with nitric acid as a digestion solution. After microwave digestion, the sample was fixed with ultrapure water. Simultaneous determination of Be, B, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Ga, As, Se and Rb by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry , Sr, Ag, Cd, Cs, Ba, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Eu, Gd, Ho, Er, Lu, Hg, Tl, Pb and U. By using 45Sc, 72Ge, 115In, 159Tb and 209Bi as internal standard elements, matrix effect and interference can be effectively eliminated. Results The mass ratio of 30 elements and internal standard elements in a certain concentration range showed a good linear relationship with the concentration. The correlation coefficient (r)> 0.999, the detection limit of the method was 0.000 1 mg / kg ~ 0.300 0 mg / kg, spiked recoveries of 88.5% -109.5% and relative standard deviations (RSDs) <5.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of 30 elements in infant powder.
