为消除高分子涂层在外电场下的极化效应对实验结果的影响(像在直流电阻法测量中遇到的那样),本文提出使用吸收电流法测量涂层的体电阻率,并用此法计算了介质在涂层中的扩散系数;评价了由不同的固化剂、稀释剂以及不同的制备工艺制得的环氧树脂涂层的耐蚀性能,得到了一些有实用价值的结论:在相同的条件下,对于固化剂,以T_(31)制备的涂层的耐蚀性能最好;对于稀释剂,以活性稀释剂性能最佳;对于制备工艺,多次涂刷较一次浇铸为好;NaCl溶液在涂层中的扩散系数比在纯水中小。
