据美国《化学工程》报道,丙二醇是生产洗涤剂、防冻液、防冰剂、油墨、聚酯、润肤剂、个人护理用品、药品和食品添加剂的原料。长期以来,丙二醇一直用石油化学品生产。采用太平洋西北国家实验室(PNNL)开发和Archer Daniels Midland公司(ADM)放大的生物基生产工艺,可降低丙二醇的生产成本并提高生产效率。据称,这种生物基丙二醇生产工艺是工业生产丙二醇采用的第一种生物基工艺,其产品与石油基丙二醇一样,完全符合规格要求。
According to the United States “Chemical Engineering” reported that propylene glycol is the production of detergents, antifreeze, anti-icing agent, ink, polyester, emollients, personal care products, pharmaceuticals and food additives. Propylene glycol has long been produced from petrochemicals. The bio-based production process developed by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and amplified by Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) can reduce propylene glycol production costs and increase production efficiency. Allegedly, this bio-based propylene glycol production process is the first bio-based technology used in industrial production of propylene glycol, its products and petroleum-based propylene glycol, fully meet the specifications.
