在 LD 端面泵浦固体激光器中,泵浦光轴对称分布,晶体是柱状体,泵浦光轴正入射晶体轴心,晶体通过侧面冷却,其侧面温度一致,热耗、温度、折射率呈轴对称分布。建立了端面泵浦 DPL 实验装置。实验测出谐振腔外右侧 z 点处的光斑半径ω,算出输出镜即光腰处的光斑半径ω_0,由ω_0推算出谐振腔左端面处的光斑半径ω(L)及波振面半径 R,R 等效于热透镜的焦距。在相同泵浦条件下,晶体热透镜不改变,改变谐振腔的长度 L,得出对应的ω(L)、R。对实验结果分析发现,等效热透镜应为非球面镜。
