应用等离子喷涂工艺及单片处理机控制技术制备ZrO2·Y2O3系隔热梯度涂层,实现涂层组分沿厚度方向连续分布的要求.并就总厚度相同,过渡层数不同的两组涂层的性能进行了分析比较,试验证明隔热梯度涂层具有良好的热应力缓和作用
The ZrO2 · Y2O3 thermal gradient coating was prepared by plasma spray process and single-chip processor control technology to realize the continuous distribution of coating components along the thickness direction. The properties of two groups of coatings with the same total thickness and different number of transition layers were analyzed and compared. The results show that the thermal gradient coating has a good thermal stress relaxation effect
