目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg2对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注后的心肌保护机制。方法:选择30只大鼠作为研究对象,并且将这30只大鼠随机的分为三组:假手术组、缺血再灌注组和人参皂苷Rg2组,在手术后第5天将大鼠处死,HE染色观察心肌细胞形态特征和基本结构,检测MDA含量、SOD活性。结果:缺血再灌注组和人参皂苷Rg2治疗组的心肌梗死面积、MDA含量、SOD活性差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人参皂苷Rg2提高了大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的抗氧化活性,减轻自由基氧化损伤。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of ginsenoside Rg2 on myocardium after myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods: Thirty rats were selected as the study subjects, and the 30 rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, ischemia reperfusion group and ginsenoside Rg2 group. The rats were sacrificed on the 5th day after operation The morphology and basic structure of cardiomyocytes were observed by HE staining. The content of MDA and the activity of SOD were detected. Results: There were significant differences in myocardial infarct size, MDA content and SOD activity between ischemic reperfusion group and ginsenoside Rg2 treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ginsenoside Rg2 can improve the anti-oxidative activity of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and alleviate the oxidative damage of free radicals.
