目的 :考察芹灵冲剂在常温和高温、高湿环境下的稳定性。方法 :从高温高热 ,恒温恒湿 ,留样考察 3个方面 ,研究了芹灵冲剂的质量稳定性 ,用硝酸铝显色法测定总黄酮含量。结果 :常温下放置 2年 ,芹灵冲剂质量检查和卫生检查结果符合标准 ,恒温恒湿放置 3个月 ,产品黄酮含量未降低。高温加速实验结果显示 ,在 90~ 12 0℃范围内 ,随着温度的升高 ,黄酮含量下降 ,t(2 5℃ ) 0 .9 =3 .72 (a)。结论 :芹灵冲剂在 2年内稳定
Objective : To investigate the stability of Qinling granules under normal temperature, high temperature and high humidity environment. Methods : From the aspects of high temperature and high heat, constant temperature and humidity, leaving samples to investigate three aspects, the quality stability of the celery granules was studied, and the content of total flavonoids was determined by the aluminum nitrate color method. Result : After being placed at room temperature for 2 years, the results of quality inspection and hygienic inspection of the Kobayashi granules were in line with the standard. After being placed at constant temperature and humidity for 3 months, the flavonoid content of the product was not reduced. The results of high temperature accelerated experiments show that in the range of 90 to 120°C, the flavone content decreases with increasing temperature, t(25°C) 0.99=3.72 (a). Conclusion :Jianling granules are stable in 2 years
